DAY 1

Received at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Evening River Cruise at Brahmaputra River. Night stay at Guwahati.

DAY 2

After breakfast drive to Manash National Park via Barpeta. On the way visit to Barpeta Satra. Night stay at the Basbari (Manas).

Morning jeep safari inside the Manas National Park followed by a jungle walk in to the forest. Night stay at Basbari (Manas).

DAY 4

 

After breakfast drive to Pobitora via Hajo. On the way site seeing at Hajo. Over night stay at Pobitora.

DAY 5

 

Morning Elephant safari inside Pobitora National Park followed by a Jeep Safari. After lunch drive to Kaziranga Nationl Park. Night stay at Kaziranga National Park.

Early morning Elephant Safari inside Kaziranga National Park followed by a Jeep Safari (central / western Range). Relax at hotel / free to visit nearby Tea Garden & Rubber Garden.

Drive to Guwahati to drop at Airport / Railway station. Tour Ends.

DAY 7

 

Morning go for a safari in the Eastern Range (Agartali Range) which is a great place for birding. This range includes nesting globally threatened Pallas?s Fish Eagle and colony of Spot billed Pelicans. Many other woodland birds would be observed over here. After lunch proceed to Nameri. Night stay at Nameri.

DAY 8

 

Situated in the foothills of the eastern Himalayas Nameri Tiger Reserve is one of the most scenic parks in India. This 200 sqr km park lies on the border of Assam and West Arunachal with the attitude varying between 80 m and 300 m. Most parts of Nameri are covered by moist mixed, deciduous forests and over 600 species of plants can be found in the area. It is the only place in India where one can see the endangered, white-winged wood Duck, a resident of the dense tropical evergreen forest is home to many other bird species like Sultan Tit, Ruby-cheeked Sunbird, Pin-Tailed Green Pigeon, Common Merganser, Ibis Bill, Silver-Breasted Broadbill, Oriental Hobby, Crow- Billed Drongo, Maroon Oriole and many more wonderful birds. If lucky, one can see large Congregations of wreath & Great Pied Hornbills In the morning cross the river for a walk in the forest, to observe the rich animal life found in the park. After that you can raft on the Jia Bhorali River for observing water birds like Ibis Bill, Blyth, Kingfisher, White Capped River etc. Over night at Nameri.
